What we collect

When you complete our security assessment form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and postcode
• Property details (type, connected devices, security concerns, current protection)
• UTM tracking parameters (which video or link brought you here)
• Your IP address country and region (via Cloudflare headers)

How we use your data

Lead sharing (with your consent): Your contact details and property information are shared with a trusted removals partner who will contact you about security solutions. You consent to this by ticking the required checkbox on the form.

Newsletter (optional): If you opt in to our weekly security tips, your email address is added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email. Your email is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use our website. This data is anonymised and used to improve our content.

How we store your data

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure (KV storage). We retain lead data for up to 24 months for attribution and quality purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
